Mary Herrmann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mary started their career as the Human Resources Director at the National Association of Realtors in 1988, where they built the HR function for a division of the organization. After this, they founded and built an executive coaching practice, focusing on C-Suite and senior level client development, performance management, and team building. In 2004, they joined Capital H Group as the Principal & Executive Coaching Practice Leader, leading the formation of a new executive coaching business unit. During their time there, they developed the unit's strategy, financial plan, intellectual property, and service offerings, while also hiring, training, and managing employees and contractors.
