Sandy Davies

Vice President, Transition Programs & Services at BRAVANTI

Sandy Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Sandy began their career at Continental Bank (now Bank of America) where they gained experience in various roles including accounting, information systems, and auditing. During their time at the bank, they also led successful technology implementations for the legal department.

After leaving Continental Bank, Sandy worked as a self-employed technology consultant, providing strategic assessments and implementation for clients in industries such as insurance, banking, and outplacement.

Their next role was as Vice President of Programs and Services at The Derson Group, Ltd., a regional outplacement consulting firm. Here, they gained a wealth of experience in consulting, program design and delivery, pricing strategy, and project leadership. Sandy played a key role in supporting organizations through downsizing events and implementing best practice restructuring initiatives.

Sandy then joined Scherer Schneider Paulick (SSP) / OI Partners as Vice President, overseeing office operations and directing change management and career transition projects. Sandy was also involved in the successful integration of The Derson Group into SSP and the creation of new strategic products and services.

Currently, Sandy holds the position of Vice President at BRAVANTI (formerly BPI group U.S.). In this role, they consult with HR leadership in organizations of all sizes, partnering with them to develop and implement change management, restructuring, and transition initiatives. Sandy manages the delivery of outplacement services, develops job search training content, and leads the development of client proposals and pricing strategy.

Throughout their career, Sandy has demonstrated their expertise in change management, career transition, and technology implementation. Sandy has worked with a wide range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofits, and has consistently delivered innovative and effective solutions to meet their unique needs.

Sandy Davies, CMF has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Dominican University. They also have a background in Education and Business from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, Sandy has obtained certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II from The Myers-Briggs Company and a Career Management Fellow (CMF) certification from ICCI Institute of Career Certification International.
