Roger Valci

Roger Valci has a diverse work experience in various industries. Roger is the Founder and Board President of CityServe of the Tri-Valley, where they mobilized multiple organizations and built a regional serving movement. Roger also served as the Chief Executive Officer, Lead Pastor, and Board President at Brave Church, managing a large organization and leading weekly services. Additionally, they have extensive international experience in relief work, including building an orphan home in Thailand and providing medical relief and clean water sanitation training in Ethiopia and Cambodia. Roger has also worked as a Superintendent at Valley Christian Schools, where they unified the church and school. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at Harbor Light Church, overseeing staff and implementing various classes and programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as a faculty instructor and IT specialist at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where they taught online courses and managed the computer lab, and as a Satellite Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they launched and sustained satellites. Roger also worked as a Computer Technical Specialist at KPMG US, supporting network operations and specialized software.

Roger Valci has a comprehensive education history. Roger began their academic journey in 1984 at LeTourneau University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Roger completed this program in 1989.

Afterward, from 1989 to 1993, Valci attended Northern California Bible College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies.

Valci then enrolled at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and pursued a Master of Divinity degree in Theology/Theological Studies. Roger completed this program from 1995 to 2000.

Lastly, Valci returned to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary to further their education and earned a Doctor of Preaching & Communication degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from 2004 to 2009.
