Ahmed Mirza has a diverse work experience in the fitness industry. Ahmed began their career in 2004 as a Fitness Professional/Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness Centre in India. Ahmed then worked as a Personal Trainer at Krunch Gym Australia in 2008 before joining Virgin Active as a Personal Trainer in 2009. At Virgin Active, they were recognized for their cheerful attitude and quick service, winning the Service Hero award and being nominated for the STAR AWARDS. From 2012 to 2014, Ahmed worked at Fitness First Middle East, first as an Assistant Fitness Manager and later as a Platinum Personal Trainer. Ahmed was awarded multiple times for the Best Personal Trainer Award during this time. In 2015, they became a Fitness Manager at Fitness First Middle East, where they were awarded as a Game Changer for their exceptional performance. Ahmed then joined UFC GYM in 2017 as a Personal Coach, where they focused on understanding client needs, designing effective workout routines, and providing guidance for proper exercise technique. In 2019, Ahmed became the Managing Director at énergie Fitness, where they oversaw daily operations, implemented growth strategies, and provided training for managers and staff. In 2023, they took on the role of CEO Bravegyms at BRAVE Combat Federation and became the Managing Director at Sharkfit Management Consultancy.

Ahmed Mirza's education history begins with their enrollment at The Health Sciences Academy from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a degree in Sports Nutrition, focusing on the field of Health and Wellness.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, Ahmed attended TAFE NSW, where they obtained a Certificate III & IV in Fitness Training, specializing in Fitness Training.

Additionally, Ahmed's educational background includes a specialization in injuries and rehabilitation. Although the start and end years are unspecified, they completed a program at NASM to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist, with a particular focus on injuries and rehabilitation.
