In 2018, Carlos completed their Master's Degree (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Medaille University. Carlos has also acquired additional certifications, including a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certification from the New York State Office of Mental Health in April 2022 and an OMH Practitioner IMHATT (Integrated Mental Health Mental Health/Addictions Treatment Training) Certificate from the New York State Office of Mental Health in March 2018.
