Sarah Tilton

Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Brave Health

Sarah Tilton has a long and varied work experience. In 2004, they began working at Walt Disney World in Retail Operations & Guest Services. Three years later, they joined Jeanne Sigler and Associates as a Fundraising and Research Associate. In 2011, Sarah began working at General Assembly as a Senior Regional Director - U.S. Consumer Growth, where they managed P&L for $35M in yearly revenue across 9 U.S. locations as well as the online business. Sarah then moved to Senior Regional Director - New York City, where they held full P&L responsibility for the organization's largest consumer operation and headed 45+ staff. Sarah then moved to Head of Campus Marketing & Admissions, where they oversaw sales and global education bookings of $40M annually for a global network of campuses. Sarah then became Regional Director - West Coast, where they implemented strategies for achieving enrollment and retention goals in the San Francisco region. In 2019, Sarah returned to General Assembly as General Manager - New Markets, where they developed strategic direction and financial plans during efforts to enter consumer online offerings to over 20 new markets within the U.S. and created playbooks, tools, and processes to support rapid growth. Finally, in 2020, Sarah joined Brave Health as Head of Marketing & Partnerships, Head Of Operations, Head Of Marketing, and Head of Partner Education.
