William S. Morrison

William S. Morrison has had extensive experience in the behavioral health industry. William S. founded Constellation Behavioral Health in 2010, and as CEO, raised $5 million in venture capital to launch the company. William S. served on its Board of Directors until 2018. Morrison also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Brave Health, a virtual behavioral health startup catering to patients with severe mental illnesses in Medicaid and Medicare populations. William S. worked as the Executive in Residence for Alpine Investors in 2022 and got assigned to serve as the CFO of FEV Tutor in that same year. Previously, Morrison was a Venture Partner at Iaso Ventures, assisting in conducting due diligence on specific deals, sourcing investment opportunities, and raising capital from strategic limited partners. Additionally, they advised Recovery Brands on financing strategy and industry relationships with addiction treatment providers as an Advisory Board Member. William S. also served as an adviser to the CEO of Marin Software, a company offering products and services to online advertisers. Morrison supported Neurologics, a startup developing brain mapping and cognitive remediation products and services for the athletic brain injury and behavioral health markets in 2018 as a Board Advisor. Morrison held the SVP, Strategy & Corporate Development role at Accolade, Inc. from 2019 to 2022.

William S. Morrison attended Deerfield Academy from 1986 to 1989, where they studied English, History, Science, and Economics. William S. then attended Colgate University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. Finally, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance.
