Angela Dash

Angela Dash, PhD, PCC, is the Founder and President of The Pace Institute, LLC, established in July 2009, providing coaching, training, and organizational consulting services to diverse clients including Johnson and Johnson and UMass Chan Medical School. Additionally, Angela serves as the Owner of The Pace Center of Morrow, designed for organizational development events, and as an Ombuds at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, where conflict resolution services are offered to faculty, staff, and students. Angela is also a Core Experience Guide and Executive Coach at Chief, DEI&B Strategic Advisor and Professional Coach at Bravely, and facilitates alternative dispute resolution at FEMA. Furthermore, Angela contributes as Volunteer Faculty for the International Ombuds Association and previously held roles in academia including Adjunct at New York University. Academically, Angela holds a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, among other degrees and certifications.
