Anya Oleinikova has worked in the customer success and operations space since 2003. Anya began their career at Google, where they held five different roles, including Global Display Business Lead, Global Product Specialist Manager, Asia-Pacific and LatAm Senior Product Specialist, Country Specialist, and Customer Advocate. In 2014, they joined Eventbrite as a Strategy and Operations specialist. Anya then moved to Minted in 2016 as Senior Director of Customer Operations, and in 2017 they joined Hired, Inc. as Senior Director of Customer Success. Finally, in 2020, Anya joined Zumper as Vice President of Client Success, and they are currently in this role at Bravely, which they joined in 2022.
Anya Oleinikova holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
