Laura Rees-Davies

Laura Rees-Davies PhD serves as the Chief Executive Officer at GlideForward Consulting since June 2025. In addition, Laura has been a Senior Lecturer in Psychology in Education at Cardiff Metropolitan University since November 2021, actively engaging in teaching and research. As a Coaching Psychologist with Bravely since October 2019, Laura provides confidential coaching to professionals, aiding in workplace challenges and leadership development. Laura's experience includes being an Executive Coach and Trainer at Determined You, and previous academic roles at the University of Worcester and the University of South Wales, focusing on various psychology programs. Laura's research background includes projects on ICT use in early childhood education and emotional well-being, with earlier roles as a Research Associate at Swansea University and a Research Assistant at Cardiff University. Laura holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
