Charisse Wilkins

Charisse Wilkins, MBA, MPP, serves as a Leadership Coach and Mentor at Braven, focusing on guiding Spelman College students in career development. Wilkins previously worked at Thompson Technologies as Project Lead for the Cultural Intelligence Training Program at Chick-fil-A, where responsibilities included overseeing the training for over 2,300 operators and team members. Earlier experience includes leading employer branding initiatives at Chick-fil-A, interning in brand marketing at Whirlpool Corporation, and consulting for GVK Emergency Management. Wilkins also has a background in educational roles, including Program Manager at Year Up and teaching positions at YES Prep Public Schools and Teach For America.
