Elizabeth Caudill McClain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and higher education policy. Currently serving as the Founding Executive Director for Braven in the DFW region since September 2025, Elizabeth previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Talent Strategies at the Dallas Regional Chamber from May 2014 to September 2025, where key initiatives focused on aligning business, education, and workforce systems to strengthen the talent pipeline in North Texas. Elizabeth's earlier roles include various leadership positions at the Dallas Regional Chamber, as well as managing student engagement at Southern Methodist University, and supporting community partnerships while serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Northwestern University. Elizabeth holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Higher Education Public Policy from Southern Methodist University, a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University.
