Jaris Scott

Jaris Scott, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership, currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously in various recruiting roles at U-Haul since June 2022. Since September 2023, Jaris has been a Leadership Coach at Braven, guiding college students in developing professional competencies. Military experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager and Logistics Manager in the US Army from October 2020 to May 2022, where significant organizational improvements were achieved. Jaris has a proven record in recruiting, with Aerotek from July 2016 to October 2020, successfully placing over 1,600 candidates. Additional experience includes roles in logistics and accounts payable, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Hampton University.
