Kervin Pillot

Kervin Pillot currently serves as the Director of Fellow Recruitment at Braven, beginning in January 2024, where the focus is on empowering college students for successful career transitions. Previously, Kervin was the Senior Director of Academic Operations at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development from October 2018 to August 2022, managing graduate program admissions and a financial aid budget while overseeing a team of 12. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Dean and Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, where Kervin led strategic enrollment initiatives, and as Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at New York University, where responsibilities spanned multiple aspects of undergraduate recruitment and admissions. Kervin's career began at JPMorgan as a Paralegal I supporting the Alternative Investments Group. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Cornell University.
