Kia Williams

Kia Ervin Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, philanthropy, and community engagement. As Principal Consultant at Relevant Solutions Group since 2017, Kia has worked with notable organizations such as the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the Watterson Family Foundation, focusing on connecting established brands to philanthropy and diversity. Currently serving as the Founding Managing Director for Delaware at Braven, Kia is responsible for raising revenue and establishing partnerships with employers and philanthropists to support Delaware State University. Previous roles include Executive Director of Accelerate Delaware at the Longwood Foundation, Regional Director and Site Director at Communities In Schools of Delaware, and various positions at Communities In Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg and NASCAR Drive for Diversity.
