Reba O. Hamlin

Reba O. Hamlin, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Business Ventures at Bank of America since July 2024 and also works as a Leadership Coach and Professional Mentor at Braven since August 2023. With extensive experience in logistics and operations, Reba held significant roles in the US Army as a Logistics & Operations Manager and previously as a Logistics Management Analyst for the United States Department of Defense. Reba's background also includes serving as an Operations Manager at Amazon and a Sourcing Category Management Analyst at Kroger. Educational achievements include an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, a Master of Science in Computer Science (in progress), and various certifications related to data science and lean principles, all from the University of Louisville and Purdue University.
