Alyssa Striefel Baranko, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Officer at Bravera since May 2020, Alyssa oversees recruitment activities for a workforce of 180 employees across multiple locations in North Dakota and Montana. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc., where responsibilities involved conducting workplace investigations and leading the Retention Committee, and various positions at Dakota Gasification Company, including Human Resources Facility Representative, Employment Recruiter, and Human Resources Coordinator.
