Fredrik Jonsson

Fredrik Jonsson is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in commercial law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel at Bravida, the largest installation company in the Nordics. In this role, Fredrik oversees all operational and corporate legal matters at the firm, which employs over 12,000 people and generates a turnover of SEK 22 billion. Fredrik previously worked at Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on public M&A, compliance, and dispute resolution, and was a law clerk at the District Court of Södertörn in Stockholm. Additionally, Fredrik is a board member of the Contracts Committee of the Swedish construction industry.
