Ann-Marie Hedbeck

Ann-Marie Hedbeck is the current Head of Legal & Risk at NCC. Ann-Marie has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Ann-Marie started their career as an Associate at Gernandt & Danielsson in 1998. Ann-Marie then became the Chefsjurist / Head of Legal / General Counsel at NCC Infrastructure in September 2000. In this role, they were responsible for corporate governance, coordinating the legal function, and providing active support in procurement and other deals. Ann-Marie also played a key role in M&A activities, acquisitions, and divestments.

In January 2017, Ann-Marie joined Skanska as the General Counsel & SVP. In this role, they were responsible for corporate governance, compliance, and international investigations and proceedings. Ann-Marie also served as a Board member of Skanska USA Civil and as a member of Skanska AB's Ethics Committee.

Ann-Marie has a strong commitment to ethics and compliance, and has developed policies and guidelines for both Skanska AB and the Group. Ann-Marie is currently head of Legal & Risk at NCC, where they are responsible for data protection and trade marks.

Ann-Marie Hedbeck has a degree in business administration from Stockholm University and has completed the Skanska Top Executive Program at IMD.
