Ove Norum has extensive experience in the ventilation industry, having worked at Bravida from February 2014 to June 2023 in roles such as Ventilasjon teknikker and Prosjektleder. Prior to that, Ove spent over a decade at Vekas AS from October 2002 to February 2014 as a Ventilasjon montør/bas/anleggsleder. Ove is currently pursuing a Fagskole ingeniør degree in Klima energi og miljø at Fagskolen i Nord, with studies scheduled from 2021 to 2024, and has also completed a degree in Byggesaken at Fagskolen i Troms in 2021.
