Tero Kiviniemi

Tero Kiviniemi is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bravida and Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors at Huoltovarmuuskeskus, Tero also holds the position of President and CEO at Destia Oy since July 2018. Previously, Tero was Executive Vice President and Deputy to the CEO at YIT, where responsibilities included overseeing the Construction Services Finland segment and the Infraservices division. Tero has held leadership positions in key industry organizations, including Chairman of the Board at Etera and Rakennusteollisuus RT ry, and Board Member at EK. Tero's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
