George Toma AIA currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BRAVO - A Cooperative Company since March 2024. Prior to this, George held the position of Project Executive at STV from June 2018 to March 2024, and served as Executive Vice President at HAKS from April 2016 to June 2018. George's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President of Construction Management and Operations at the NYC School Construction Authority from January 2008 to March 2016, and earlier as Senior Project Officer, Chief Project Officer at the same organization from 1999 to 2008. George also worked as a Construction Manager at MTA Bridges and Tunnels from 1990 to 1999, a General Superintendent of Construction at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development from 1988 to 1990, and as a Project Manager at Almeida Contracting from 1985 to 1988. George earned a degree in Architectural Education as a Registered Architect from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University.
