Project Management

The Project Management team at BRAVO is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various infrastructure projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. This team ensures that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards by coordinating among different departments, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Comprised of roles such as Project Officer II, Deputy Project Manager, Associate Program Manager, and Project Coordinator, the team plays a critical role in delivering efficient and responsive project delivery for both public and private sector clients.
