Previously, Ronda held the position of Vice President at Arts Consulting Group, focusing on strategic marketing and communication for arts organizations across North America. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Senior Director of Marketing at Locomotion Creative, and Senior Director of Marketing & Sales at Nashville Symphony. Ronda's career also includes leadership positions in various associations, culminating in a BA in Government & English from Western Kentucky University.
