Jessica Whipp

Jessica Whipp has a strong background in learning and talent development. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of Learning & Talent Development at Bravura Solutions. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles in learning and development at Capgemini, where they were responsible for driving a high-performance culture and developing inclusive leaders. Jessica has also worked as an Organisational Development Business Partner at APA Group and Transport for NSW, where they focused on talent recruitment and the implementation of innovation capability strategies. Additionally, they have experience as a Learning and Development Consultant at various organizations, including ELMO Learning Services Pty Ltd and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Jessica's early career involved roles in training coordination, including a position as a Senior Training Coordinator at Deloitte.
