Neil Montford

Neil Montford is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, Neil serves as Chief Financial Officer and Consultant to the CEO at Bravura Solutions since March 2023. Previously, Neil held the position of CFO Asia Pacific at Fidelity International from November 2011 to November 2022, where the role evolved from a six-month interim contract to encompass business partnership responsibilities. Prior to that, Neil was CFO Asia Pacific (ex Japan) and Divisional Director at Macquarie Group, overseeing Finance for key operating groups. Additional experience includes serving as Controller (CFO) at DAF Trucks UK, Finance Director at Thames Side Sensors, Group Financial Controller at DC International Limited, and Audit Manager at Deloitte Australia. Neil's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick and a recent completion of a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
