Paul Silby

Paul Silby's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Paul started their career at Computer Concepts Ltd as a Test Analyst from 1998 to 2000. Paul then worked at IBM GSA as a Test Analyst from February 2000 to August 2000. Paul joined Macquarie Bank in 2000 and held multiple positions including Senior Tester, Senior Business Analyst, Testing Manager, and Associate Director-Testing Manager until January 2008. From October 2004 to January 2008, they worked as an Associate Director-Project Manager at Macquarie Bank. Afterward, Paul worked at Silkwood Wines as a Vintage Hand in March 2017 and at Charles Reuben Estate as a Vineyard Manager (part-time) from July 2017 to January 2018. Paul then joined Bravura Solutions in February 2008 as a Service Delivery Manager until January 2009. Paul subsequently held the roles of Head of Service Delivery-Portfolio Administration from February 2009 to November 2010 and PMO Manager Global Wealth Management from October 2010 to June 2014. Paul then worked as a Global Corporate Systems Technical Manager at Bravura Solutions from July 2014 to May 2023, managing the configuration and support for Microsoft Enterprise Project Server 2013 and implementing the Workday solution. Lastly, they served as the Head of Corporate Systems at Bravura Solutions starting from May 2023.

Paul Silby completed their Bachelor of Wine Business degree at Charles Sturt University from 2010 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a BSC (part) in Computing from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their educational background, Paul has obtained various certifications including HRW Forklift Licenses from SafeWork SA in September 2021 and SafeWork NSW in January 2017. Paul also holds a Prince 2 Practitioner certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in February 2016, and a Prince 2 Foundation certificate from OGC (Via IXL) obtained in 2011.
