Roshan Ranasinghe

Roshan Ranasinghe has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Roshan began their career in 1995 as the Head of Investment Services at InTech Financial Services, where they were responsible for establishing investment services and overseeing client transitions. Roshan then worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Tacit Group, where they focused on marketing initiatives and providing business solutions to clients.

In 2004, Ranasinghe joined CommSec as a Senior Technical Analyst, and in 2005 they moved on to ING as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on defining business requirements and facilitating workshops for new product initiatives.

In 2007, Ranasinghe started working at Bravura Solutions as a Senior Business Consultant, leading consulting roles on implementations and major client initiatives. Roshan was later promoted to the role of Product Architect, where they provided strategic and technical design guidance for a flagship back-office administration system. Roshan then served as the Practice Manager for the Sydney-based consultants and went on to become the Head of Australian Consulting, responsible for consulting services and programme strategy.

Continuing their career progression at Bravura Solutions, Ranasinghe became the APAC Capabilities Director, leading organizational transformation and implementing global best practices. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Client Delivery, APAC, overseeing the delivery of client projects and managing project and business risk.

Throughout their career, Ranasinghe has demonstrated their expertise in project management, consulting, strategy development, and client relationship management.

Roshan Ranasinghe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney between 1991 and 1994. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. In December 2020, they also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
