Anela Brandic has a diverse work experience. Anela started their career in 2016 as an Administrator at Kronofogden, where they stayed until January 2017. In 2015, they worked as a Salesperson at Skin and Care by Amanda for two years. From September 2017 to September 2020, Anela worked as a Recruiting Consultant Manager at Bravura Sverige. In this role, they were responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initial meetings with clients to candidate presentations and follow-up. Additionally, they had employer responsibility for their consultants. In September 2020, Anela was promoted to Senior Recruiter and Recruiting & Staffing Manager at Bravura Sverige. In this capacity, they managed a team of recruiters, allocated processes, provided coaching and development, and ensured the quality of the recruitment delivery.
Anela Brandic obtained their Bachelor's degree in Personal, organisation och ledarskap (Personal, organization and leadership) from the University of Skövde between 2014 and 2017. In February 2018, they also achieved a certification as a Certified Criterion Assessment and Psychometric User from Criterion.
