Derek Irick

Derek Irick is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Bray Real Estate Co since April 2020 and the Owner of Irick Investments, established in January 2022, focusing on strategic acquisition of single-family and multi-family properties for passive income. In June 2024, Derek founded Irick Construction, LLC, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. Previously, Derek held positions at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a Licensed Realtor and Inside Sales Representative, along with experience as an Executive Personal Assistant at Bray Real Estate Co and as a Server at Genghis Grill. Derek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, all from Colorado Mesa University.
