Allison Vanhala-Gratsch has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the design and events industry. Allison started their career in 2008 as a Design Specialist at Arhaus Furniture, followed by a role as a Design Consultant at Quatrine Custom Furniture from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Home Furnishings Specialist at McLaughlin's Furniture before transitioning to the role of Sales & Special Events Associate at The Gem Theatre & Colony Club. Allison held this position for nearly three years before taking up the role of Project Manager at Great Lakes Granite & Marble from 2013 to 2014. Afterward, they worked as a Designer at Birmingham Design Studio from 2014 to 2016. Alison then ventured into freelance work as an Interior Designer at their own company, Allison J. Interiors, starting from 2016. Most recently, they have been employed as a Project Coordinator at Bray Whaler International since September 2017.
Allison Vanhala-Gratsch attended Adrian College from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree and studied a combination of Interior Design, Art History, and Business Administration.

Our process reduces risk for real estate owners by ensuring their furnishings, fixtures, operating supplies and equipment will arrive on schedule and on budget with the best possible pricing and terms. Project accounting tracks each item and every dollar from production to installation. Regardless of project size, we provide daily hands-on involvement by the company's principals and experienced project management teams. The owner of the company is Elisa Whaler, and the founding principal is Ronnie Bray. In 2010, we opened an office in Dallas, Texas led by principal Jennifer Fisk. Nicole Oren became principal and executive director of projects in 2015. The company is a fully-certified WMBE (Woman Owned Business) and has been since its inception.
