Krystie Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Krystie began their career at Allstate in 2007 as a Recovery Specialist, where they investigated property claims, communicated with customers, and negotiated settlements. After six years at Allstate, Krystie moved on to Anthem, where they worked as a Customer Service Advocate, responding to member inquiries and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and proper handling of customer requests.

In 2016, Krystie joined Elavon, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, providing high-quality support to merchants regarding credit card processing and troubleshooting technical issues. Krystie then transitioned to roles at Aerotek and Intelli-Source Solutions, where they continued to excel in customer service and relationship management.

Krystie joined Transamerica in 2019 as a Senior Customer Service Representative, specializing in retirement product solutions and providing guidance to customers.
