Jessica Bina

Jessica Bina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within Bray International, Inc. since June 2012. As a Project Manager and Value Stream Manager, Jessica has led cross-functional teams, driving on-time delivery and enhancing inventory management to maximize sales while efficiently coordinating day-to-day operations of the A&C product line. Jessica has managed significant projects totaling $6M annually, organized R&D engineering project inventories, and improved internal processes across various departments. Prior to this role, Jessica served as a student worker at Texas A&M University, assisting with immigration documentation for international students while pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management from Mays Business School.
