Ramiro Burbano

Ramiro Burbano has extensive experience in IT enterprise systems architecture and technical support, primarily in the Baan ERP environment. Currently serving as Senior IT Enterprise Systems Architect and Sr. ERP Technical Analyst at Bray International, Inc. since June 2014, Burbano has previously held significant positions, including Senior Technical Support Engineer at INFOR from 2002 to May 2014, where expertise in performance tuning and systems administration for Baan and ERP LN was developed. Burbano's earlier roles include Technical Consultant at Open Systems Technologies, Inc., Technical Manager at Novatech Sistemas de Mejoramiento Continuo, and Technical Manager at SATCOM, focusing on customer support, project leadership, and system optimization. Burbano graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computers, and Telecommunications from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE in 1986.
