Alexander Shroyer

Alexander Shroyer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Brayman Construction Corporation since July 2022, Alexander previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at the Jewish Association on Aging, where responsibilities included staffing, record maintenance, conflict resolution, and compliance. Prior to these roles, Alexander managed operations as a General Manager at Five Guys Enterprises, overseeing hiring and training for the first location in Bloomfield, PA. Alexander also gained managerial experience at Waterworks Cinemas and began a career at Wegmans Food Markets, where a strong foundation in customer service and team collaboration was established.
