Alex Magidow

Alex Magidow, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Braze, where significant contributions include the creation of asynchronous learning materials for over 3000 users annually and the successful delivery of live training sessions. Prior to this role, Alex was a Professor at the University of Rhode Island College of Arts and Sciences, focusing on Arabic language, linguistics, and cultural studies, while also managing the Arabic Language and Global Language and Area Studies Program. Alex's academic background includes a PhD and Master’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by extensive experience in research, curriculum design, and faculty mentorship across various educational institutions.
