Alireza Omidian

Alireza Omidian is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Braze since July 2025, Alireza previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Sonder Inc., where leadership of the Hospitality Operations engineering team involved driving technical excellence and project delivery across various technologies, including Ruby on Rails and React. Alireza's background includes roles such as Technical Lead at Engage2Excel Canada, where responsibilities included architecting ERP solutions, and Application Analyst at Sun Life Financial, focusing on system requirements and deployment. Prior experience encompasses significant contributions to ERP systems and academic involvement as a Faculty Member at Islamic Azad University.
