David Ward III

David Ward III is an experienced payroll professional with a robust background in payroll administration across multiple countries and industries. Currently serving as Payroll Lead at Braze since October 2020, David oversees the preparation and processing of semi-monthly multi-state payroll for US employees and manages international payrolls. Prior to this, David worked at Datadog as a Payroll Administrator and Coordinator, managing payroll for over 900 employees across various countries. David began a payroll career at H&M, handling payroll functions for over 6,000 employees. David also has experience in temporary roles including data entry and human resources at Robert Half and sales representation at White Horse Wine & Spirits. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Saint Vincent College.
