Gwen Liao

Gwen Liao serves as an Executive Assistant at Braze since November 2022, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice Presidents of Global Sales and Customer Experience. Gwen's previous experience includes roles at Impala as an Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO, where support was provided to a high-growth tech startup, and at WElink Group, assisting the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer in the renewable energy sector. Earlier positions include Executive Assistant roles at Kensington Wade, a leading preparatory school, and Restaurant Management UK, one of London's largest pan-Asian restaurant groups. Additionally, Gwen taught Linguistic Analysis at the University of Oxford, where advanced degrees in General Linguistics and Comparative Philology were earned, complemented by an undergraduate degree from National Tsing Hua University in English Language and Literature.
