Nick Cugini

Nick Cugini has extensive experience in customer success and engineering roles, primarily with Braze since November 2017, where current responsibilities include serving as the Director of Engineering for Growth & Go-to-Market. Previous roles at Braze encompassed senior leadership positions in customer success and experience for global SMBs. Prior to Braze, Cugini held various roles including Customer Success Manager at Stanford University, and Marketing Data Analyst at CREDO Mobile. Additional experience includes coaching parliamentary debate and internships in public policy and underwriter assistance. Cugini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, completed in 2014.
