Augusto Coelho is an accomplished industrial manager with extensive experience in the aluminum industry. Currently serving as Industrial Manager at CBA | Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio since January 2022, Augusto oversees the operation and maintenance of hot and cold rolling lines with a team of 245 personnel. Prior roles include Senior Production Coordinator at Novelis, where responsibilities encompassed leading operations in the Hot Rolling Mill and the Continuous Coating line for beverage can aluminum sheets. Furthermore, Augusto has a significant tenure at Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio, managing various projects aimed at transformation and cultural improvement, as well as overseeing production in the Surface Treatment plant and cast house operations. With a foundational background starting as a trainee engineer, Augusto holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from FEI and has pursued further education in Industrial Management and an Executive MBA focusing on Organizational Leadership.
