Silvio Medeiros has extensive experience in the aluminum industry, currently serving as General Manager at Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio since August 2018, where roles have included General Manager Refinery and Production Manager. Prior to this, Silvio worked as Industrial Manager at CBA - Votorantim Metais from June 2016 to January 2021 and held the position of Gerente Manutenção at VM-CBA from August 2012 to January 2021. Silvio's earlier experience includes serving as Consultor de Engenharia at Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio and Coordenador de Manutenção at Votorantim Metais. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Engenharia Elétrica from Faculdade Engenharia de Sorocaba.
