Jeff Stebbins

Jeff Stebbins is a highly experienced professional in the electrical engineering and power transmission sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Transmission Maintenance at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative since January 2017, Jeff has previously held key roles including Vice President of Engineering at TCEC Oklahoma and Manager of Transmission Line Performance at Xcel Energy, where Jeff was responsible for managing the life-cycle performance of transmission lines across eight states. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Southwestern Public Service Co as an engineer, starting in the distribution design group and transitioning to distribution operations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Management from West Texas A&M University.
