Mitesh M. Patel, DO, FAAFP, currently serves as the Area Medical Director for Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, a position held since January 2018. In addition to this role, Patel is a member of the Board of Directors for Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group and has held various leadership positions including Chairman and Vice Chairman. Patel also serves as an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and is a physician at Brazosport Regional Health System. Previous leadership roles include President of the Brazoria County Medical Society and Brazosport Health Alliance, as well as Medicine Chair at St. Luke's Health - Brazosport Hospital.
