Margaret Kujawa-Autié, PhD, eMBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Margaret is currently working as the Global Market Head Personal & Home Care at BRB International B.V. Prior to this, they worked at CosmeStrat Consulting as an Innovation / Strategic Marketing / Business Development professional. Margaret also served as the Global Category Director Actives at Symrise AG. Margaret has previous experience as a Cosmetic Industry Consultant at CosmeStrat Consulting and as an International Manager in the Research & Innovation Department at L'Oréal. In 2017, they studied at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to gain knowledge about the Silicon Valley Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and building strategic innovation capability.

Margaret's interest in the digital era led their to undertake a program in Managing in the Digital Era at NEOMA Business School in 2018. Additionally, they pursued studies in Innovation Management and Design Thinking at Imperial College Business School the same year.
