Santanu Das

Santanu Das possesses extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as a Safety Officer at BRBNMPL since June 2018. Prior to this role, Santanu held positions as Assistant Manager of F&S at Matix Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited from February 2015 to May 2018, and as Senior Executive for HSE at IFB Agro Industries Ltd. from December 2009 to February 2015. Earlier career experience includes working as a Safety Specialist at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. from October 2007 to December 2009. Santanu holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Technology in Safety & Occupational Health Engineering from Bengal Engineering & Science University and IIEST, Shibpur, as well as a Master of Science in Physics from Vidyasagar University. Additionally, Santanu is certified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001:2018 in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems from INTERTEK, Bengaluru.
