Mustafa Deodate

Mustafa Deodate has worked in the finance industry since 1998. Theirfirst role was Senior Accountant at Ali Zaid Al-Quraishi & Brothers Co LTD from 1998 to 2009. During this time, they were responsible for the preparation and closure of monthly financial statements and audit reports, as well as reconciling monthly accounts and monitoring general ledger transactions. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as Financial Controller at Swicorp, where they were responsible for developing monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts and budgets, as well as coordinating general accounting functions with regards to AR/AP, account reconciliation and cash management. Most recently, from 2016 to present, they have been the Budget and Reporting Manager at BRC Industrial (Saudia) Ltd., where they report directly to the CEO and Audit Committee, manages a team of 5 staff, and is responsible for developing financial and dashboard reports.

Mustafa Deodate's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Calicut, obtained between 1994 and 1997, as well as a Certified Course In Accountancy from the Kerala Techinical Education Training Institute, obtained in 1993. In addition, they have obtained a Certified User Of Oracle E-Business from Oracle in April 1998, and is currently pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
