John Culbertson

John Culbertson is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and economic planning. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Cardinal Real Estate Partners, LLC since 2006 and as an Acquisitions and Entitlement Partner at Buller River Development since April 2022, John specializes in land acquisition and development. Previously, John held the position of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Brennan Investment Group, engaging in industrial property transactions, and served on the North Carolina Economic Development Board, providing policy recommendations to state officials. Additional roles include board member positions at the North Carolina Turnpike Authority and significant leadership positions at Trammell Crow Company and International Airport Centers. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the College of Charleston and an Executive MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
