Summet S has extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Shift Plant Head at Brødrene Hartmann A/S since June 2013, where responsibilities include the implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM, as well as coordinating across various departments for efficient production. Prior experience includes a role as Engineer Production at GROZ-BECKERT ASIA PVT LTD CHANDIGARH from April 2002 to September 2012, focusing on Kaizen, continuous improvement, and overseeing production line operations. Summet's earlier career featured a position as an AutoCAD Designer at RH Mechatronics Panchkula.
