Lee Chaston has over three decades of experience in the construction and heating sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) since January 2010. In this role, Lee specializes in developing and delivering training programs focused on sustainability, environmental issues, and energy efficiency, as well as health and safety subjects. Prior to BRE, Lee worked as a Project Manager at Henco Heating for thirteen years, overseeing refurbishment projects and managing health and safety policies. Lee’s career began at British Gas, where roles included Field Sales Representative and Gas Service Engineer, along with completing an apprenticeship in gas services.
